Illustrating the stark contrasts of these 23 Wards, I try to give a voice to the silent few living the simple life amongst Tokyo's rapid development through photographic stories documenting the unique character these places give the city. My advice: "Feel the world around you."

急ぎ立てられるように変わりゆく街の片隅で、静かに、慎ましく生きる人々がいる。その声に耳を澄ませ、フィルムを通して、この街しか持たない物語を写し取っていく。私からのひとつの言葉が「周りの世界を感じなさい。」
